In this video I show how I take care of my Gaerne Balanace Oild Boots with Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Leather. I do talk about these boots as well, as I do love them! Over the last 3-years, I’ve put about 8,000 dualsport miles on them. I show the wear and tear that is on these boots that were initially designed for trials riders. But these boots also make for great dual sport boot! Last year the Gaerne’s took on a little extra abuse (sole ground on edge) as I wore them during a 24-Minibike enduro race with the shop team.
LOW TO GROUND
Riding the TW200 puts your feet lower to the ground so these boots have taken their fair share of abuse, which I show in the video. But the Gaerne Balance Oild Boots have more life in them and I intend to fully extract that life by caring for them!
